APPOINTMENT
Roswyn, a luxury lifestyle hotel under Ennismore’s Morgans Originals, has announced the appointment of Annam Lubana as Hotel Manager ahead of the property’s debut in Mumbai.

Annam Lubana brings more than a decade of experience in luxury hospitality operations across India. In her new role, she will oversee operational planning, team development, and guest experience strategy as Roswyn prepares for its launch in the city.
A graduate of the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development and the Institute of Hotel Management Mumbai, Annam began her career as a Guest Services Management Associate, where she was awarded the T.R. Oberoi Gold Medal for academic excellence.
She later progressed into leadership roles with Marriott International, serving as Director of Operations at JW Marriott Goa and Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Pune. In these positions, she led operational teams and oversaw service delivery and commercial performance across luxury hotel environments.

Commenting on the appointment, Rajiv Kapoor, General Manager of Fairmont Mumbai and Roswyn, said, “Annam’s appointment comes at an important moment as we begin shaping Roswyn from the inside out — starting with the team and the culture that will define it. As we introduce Morgans Originals to India, Annam will play a key role in establishing Roswyn’s distinctive voice in the city — creating a hotel that is as much about people, personality, and energy as it is about design.”
In her new role as Hotel Manager, Annam will focus on establishing operational frameworks, building the hotel’s team, and shaping guest experiences aligned with the brand’s lifestyle positioning. Roswyn is expected to introduce the Morgans Originals brand to India, bringing a design-led and culture-driven hospitality concept to Mumbai’s luxury hotel landscape.
