The St. Regis Goa Resort has announced the appointment of Shubham S. Basrur as its new Director of Food & Beverage.

Shubham S. Basrur has been appointed as the new Director of Food & Beverage at The St. Regis Goa Resort. He brings a decade of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, having worked across renowned properties including Park Hyatt Chennai, Goa Marriott Resort and Spa, The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts & Taj Madikeri Resort and Spa.
Shubham has also been recognised with key industry accolades such as “Brilliant Manager of the Year” in 2021.
In his new role at St Regis Goa, Shubham will oversee the culinary operations across the property. His key mandate includes leading high-performing teams, enhancing culinary excellence, driving operational performance, curating new conceptualised menus and manage a diverse portfolio of signature restaurants and sophisticated bars and lounges.
