Revival Reopens in Bengaluru at The Fern Residency, Series by Marriott

Revival restaurant has reopened in Bengaluru after a decade, marking its return to the city’s food and beverage scene. Now located at The Fern Residency, Series by Marriott, Sheshadripuram, Revival brings its established vegetarian dining format to South India, supported by its long-standing catering presence in the city.

Dining, Banquets and In-Room Options

The Revival experience includes a fine-dining restaurant, four banquet halls, all-day dining, and a wide selection of in-room dining options. Guests can also expect a structured breakfast service.

Menu Highlights

For the first time at this location, Revival is serving a menu featuring:

  • Bombay-style chaats
  • West Indian and North Indian favourites
  • South Indian dishes
  • Products from its in-house bakery and confectionery

A live chaat counter prepares handmade chaats at the table, allowing guests to see the dishes being assembled and served fresh.

The West Indian menu includes regional classics from Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra, presented with a modern approach.

Upcoming Bar Addition

A bar will be added once formal approvals and formalities are complete.

Events and Celebrations

Revival’s banquet and event facilities are designed to host a range of gatherings, including board meetings, conferences, family functions, and community celebrations. Food service includes live counters across multiple venues within the property, including the ballroom and other event spaces.

Guest Welcome and Service Traditions

Guests are welcomed with a traditional Indian greeting at the entrance. The restaurant also highlights its service practices and team-led hospitality approach as part of the overall dining experience.

The menu features slow-cooked dishes, non-trans-fat cooking methods, and options that can be adapted to specific dietary preferences where possible.

Signature Beverages and Takeaway Products

Revival also serves beverages such as smoked chaas and fresh sugarcane juice, along with a selection of house-made pickles and other merchandise available for purchase.
