ITC Hotels Signs Agreement to Operate New Luxury Property in Patna
ITC Hotels Limited is expanding its portfolio with a new project in Patna. The company has signed definitive agreements with Kumar Infra Hotel Private Limited (KIHPL) to manage a 140-room luxury hotel in the capital city of Bihar. This project is part of Bihar Tourism’s development initiatives and was awarded through a competitive government bidding process. KIHPL secured the project, with ITC Hotels appointed as the hotel operator.
The hotel will be developed on a 1.5-acre site and aims to offer high-quality lodging and dining experiences in the region. ITC Hotels already operates properties across India, including New Delhi, Gurugram, Agra, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Goa, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Speaking about the project, Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited, said: “It will be a privilege to bring ITC Hotels’ service and culinary offerings to Patna. Our properties reflect the culture and ethos of each location, showcasing local architecture, arts, crafts, and traditions.”

The new ITC Hotel in Patna is expected to support the state’s hospitality sector and cater to both business and leisure travelers, offering amenities and meeting facilities that meet the regional demand for a luxury hotel.
