APPOINTMENT
Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) have announced the appointment of Anuradha Solanki as the new People & Culture Manager.
Anuradha brings over five years of experience in Human Resources within the hospitality sector. She holds expertise in Talent & Culture Management, employee engagement, hotel operations, talent acquisition, HR policy implementation and leadership development.
Prior to this appointment, Anuradha served as People & Culture Manager at ibis Bengaluru Husur Road, where she led HR operations, framed employee engagement strategies through strategic HR interventions.
In her new role at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC, Anuradha will focus on nurturing talent through key learning & development initiatives, while driving thoughtful recruitment and onboarding experiences, further elevating the colleague experience.
Excited for her new role, Anuradha said, “I am truly thrilled to be returning to Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC. Having previously been part of the team here from August 2023 to December 2024, it feels like coming back to a place I deeply understand and value.
