Novotel Guwahati GS Road has appointed Mr. Om Prakash Jha as its new Financial Controller.
In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring adherence to statutory and internal controls, and supporting sustainable financial performance in line with Accor’s global standards.
Mr. Jha brings with him over 13 years of experience in hotel finance operations. His professional background includes working with leading hospitality brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Taj, and Accor, where he has handled a wide range of responsibilities across financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and operational controls. Over the years, he has been associated with diverse hotel portfolios and has contributed to strengthening financial governance and improving operational efficiency.
At Novotel Guwahati GS Road, Mr. Jha will focus on financial planning and analysis, compliance management, budgeting processes, and supporting business decisions through structured financial oversight.
