Navi Mumbai Marriott Hotel Appoints Ashish Shetty as Assistant Director – Human Resources

Navi Mumbai Marriott Hotel has appointed Ashish Shetty as Assistant Director – Human Resources. In this role, he will oversee human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning.

Ashish brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his career in food and beverage operations, where he spent more than 12 years before moving into human resources and learning and development.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Director – Learning & Development at The Leela Hotels, where he was involved in learning and talent initiatives across multiple properties. His career also includes roles with Chalet Hotels and The St. Regis Mumbai.

In his current role, Ashish will focus on managing HR processes and supporting employee development and organisational needs at the hotel.
