APPOINTMENT
Novotel Ahmedabad has announced the appointment of Nikhil Chandra as its new General Manager.
Nikhil Chandra has been appointed as the new General Manager at Novotel Ahmedabad. Nikhil brings over two decades of experience in hospitality.
He has been a part of globally renowned hotel brands including Accor, Hilton, InterContinental Hotels Group, Radisson Hotel Group, and The Lalit Group.
Nikhil holds extensive expertise in operational excellence, leadership, commercial acumen and mentoring high-performing teams.
Prior to this appointment, Nikhil served as General Manager at Grand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT City, where he worked on revenue optimization, operational efficiencies, enhancing yield management, and strengthened food and beverage positioning by introducing new dining concepts within a regulated environment.
His earlier leadership assignments also include heading operations at The Lalit Grand Palace Srinagar, Crowne Plaza Delhi Mayur Vihar and DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon.
In his new role at Novotel Ahmedabad, Nikhil will focus on strengthening revenue diversification, enhancing digital and direct booking channels, elevating service delivery standards, fostering stakeholder relationships, and embedding sustainable operational practices/ He will also emphasize talent development, internal capability building, and guest-centric innovation.
