APPOINTMENT
NoMad Hotels has announced the promotion of Kristen Millar to Chief Brand Officer, as the company continues its international expansion.

In her new role, Millar will lead the brand’s global design and positioning strategy, overseeing creative direction across all touchpoints including interiors, digital platforms, and cultural programming. Her responsibilities will focus on ensuring consistency in brand identity across existing and upcoming locations.
The appointment comes as NoMad prepares to expand its global footprint, with new developments including NoMad Hilton Singapore and a planned opening in Detroit at the Michigan Central building.
Millar brings 16 years of experience in hospitality and brand development. Prior to this promotion, she served as Global Brand Director for NoMad, where she played a role in shaping the brand’s identity since its launch in New York in 2012.
Earlier in her career, she held positions within the New York restaurant industry, including experience at Eleven Madison Park.
In her expanded role, Millar will support the brand’s growth into new markets while maintaining alignment across its design, guest experience, and overall brand expression.
