APPOINTMENT

The Imperia by Dhaba, New Jersey, USA, has announced the appointment of Chef Jasbir Singh Adhikari as its new Assistant Chef.

Chef Jasbir brings over 36 years of culinary experience, holding extensive expertise in Indian cuisine, particularly in traditional and tandoor-based cooking. 

Chef Jasbir has previously been associated with renowned names in the hospitality industry, including Old World Hospitality (OWH) in India, including its unit Chor Bazar. He has worked internationally at renowned establishments such as Tandoori King in Germany, Indian Restaurant Maharani in Japan, and Indian Restaurant Ganga in Germany.

In India, he has also worked with Residency Resort Pvt. Ltd., strengthening his foundation in premium hospitality and guest-centric dining experiences. 

In his new role at The Imperia by Dhaba, Chef Adhikari will support the culinary leadership team in delivering elevated dining experiences, curating authentic Indian flavors, and maintaining the culinary standards of quality and innovation.
