Julie Desvaux
Julie Desvaux has been appointed as Global Marketing Director at Nikki Beach Hospitality.
In her new role, she will lead the group’s global marketing strategy across Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts, with a focus on brand positioning, digital innovation, and enhancing guest engagement.

Desvaux brings over two decades of senior leadership experience across luxury hospitality, wellness, digital transformation, and brand strategy. Her career includes senior roles at Airelles and Groupe Barrière, where she worked on brand development and integrated marketing initiatives. Most recently, she was associated with Compagnie Lebon, where she played a key role in shaping brand identity, driving marketing strategy, and supporting the development of the company’s hospitality portfolio.

At Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, Desvaux will oversee marketing initiatives during a phase of ongoing expansion. The group has several projects under development, including new resorts and branded residences in Antigua, Muscat, Ras Al Khaimah, and Baku. She will also support the upcoming launch of a new boutique hotel concept aimed at extending the Nikki Beach lifestyle offering through a focus on culture, community, and experience.
Her appointment aligns with the group’s broader growth plans and its emphasis on strengthening brand presence across established and emerging markets.
