Suba Group of Hotels has announced the appointment of Premal Zaveri as the new Senior Vice President- Business Development.
Suba Group of Hotels has announced the appointment of Premal Zaveri as its new Senior Vice President – Business Development, effective January 2026. Based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Premal will be responsible for driving the group’s expansion strategy across India.
In his new role, he will lead business development initiatives focused on network growth through franchising, management contracts, and strategic acquisitions.
Commenting on the appointment, Premal said, “I look forward to working closely with Mr. Mansur Mehta and Mr. Mubeen Mehta, and partnering with hotel owners and developers to drive scalable growth through franchising, management contracts, and strategic acquisitions with a clear focus on sustainable returns and long-term value creation.”
Premal brings over two decades of experience spanning hotel operations, consulting, asset management, and hospitality-led real estate. Prior to joining Suba Group of Hotels, he served as Business Development, Acquisitions and Head of Asset Management at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where he led growth initiatives and asset management for a pan-India portfolio.
His earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Chalet Hotels Limited, where he led investments and growth, as well as advisory and consulting assignments with CBRE and HVS Hospitality Services.
Zaveri began his career in hotel operations with the Taj Group, including stints at Taj Jai Mahal Palace, before transitioning into hospitality consulting and development.
