Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre has announced the appointment of Juan Manuel Ovalles Urbina as the New Restaurant Manager for Beef Bistro and Bebemos.
With over eight years of diverse hospitality experience spanning Dubai, Qatar, and Bahrain, Juan brings extensive expertise in restaurant pre-openings, operations, and enhancing the guest experience.
Most recently, Juan held leadership positions at Toro Toro by Richard Sandoval in Grosvenor House Dubai, Circa Modern South American Cuisine & Lounge in Bahrain, and Maya Mexican Restaurant & Bar in Doha,.
Juan’s extensive background in F&B service will play a key role in elevating the reputation of Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre.
