Minor Hotels Expands Australia Portfolio with Launch of Avani Living Queen’s Wharf Residences in Brisbane
Minor Hotels has expanded its Avani footprint in Australia with the launch of Avani Living Queen’s Wharf Residences in Brisbane, Queensland.
The new property strengthens the brand’s presence in the city and adds to the growing Avani portfolio, offering premium short and long-stay accommodation in the heart of the Queen’s Wharf precinct.
Designed for travellers seeking more space, comfort and flexibility, Avani Living introduces a contemporary residential-style stay experience. The property features 225 one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, each equipped with full kitchens and in-suite laundry facilities, making it suitable for both short visits and extended stays.
Guests can access a range of lifestyle amenities including a lap pool, sauna and steam room, along with modern shared spaces designed for work and relaxation. Signature Avani brand experiences such as curated music, wellness activations and The Pantry at Avani will be introduced in 2026.
Located near Brisbane’s riverfront and key dining and entertainment venues, the property is positioned to attract both domestic and international corporate and leisure travellers.
This opening follows Minor Hotels’ continued expansion in the region, including the upcoming Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel, scheduled to open in April 2026.
