Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar has announced the appointment of Juned Husain as its new Executive Chef.

Chef Juned Husain has been appointed as the new Executive Chef at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar. He brings over 18 years of culinary experience in the hospitality industry.

Chef Husain holds extensive expertise in curating multiple cuisines, menu planning, food preparation, maintaining cost efficiency, kitchen & inventory management, regulating hygiene standards and operational excellence.

His expertise also includes managing buffet operations, live food counters, banquet dining, and coordinating with service teams to deliver seamless culinary experiences for guests.

Over the course of his career, Chef Husain has managed high-volume kitchens, ensured adherence to food safety protocols, and implemented cost management practices.

In his new role at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar, Chef Husain will oversee all culinary operations of the hotel, including menu development, food quality standards, kitchen operations, and team management. He will also focus on enhancing guest dining experiences across the hotel’s restaurants, banquets, and specialty offerings.
