Marriott International Promotes Dilpreet Singh to Vice President- Operations, South Asia & Franchise Operations

Marriott International has announced the promotion of Dilpreet Singh to the role of Vice President, Operations, South Asia & Franchise Operations.

Dilpreet brings over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry across hotel operations, food & beverage, pre-openings and regional leadership.

He joined Marriott International in 2015 as Director of Operations at JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi, and went on to serve as General Manager of JW Marriott Chandigarh before moving into the Area team in 2018.

Over the years, Dilpreet  has built a reputation for collaborative leadership, operational expertise, and strong stakeholder relationships across Marriott’s portfolio of hotels and ownership groups in the region.

Prior to joining Marriott, Dilpreet spent over 19 years with The Indian Hotels Company Limited, where he held leadership roles across food and beverage, catering, and hotel operations, including General Manager of Taj Gateway Resort, Dumdama.

Most recently, Dilpreet served as Senior Director of Operations for North India, Nepal & Bhutan, and Franchise Operations.

In his new role, Dilrpreet will assume responsibility for operations across the entire South Asia region, while continuing to oversee Franchise Operations. He will continue to report to Silvio Rosenberger and Kiran Andicot.

His expanded role reflects Marriott International’s focus on strengthening operational performance and leadership continuity across South Asia, while supporting the growth of its franchise portfolio.
