Hosted by British comedian Jack Whitehall, the series follows the team as it travels to several Formula One race destinations throughout the season.
Marriott Bonvoy Introduces 1-Point Drop Experience for Members
The new season introduces a storyline in which Whitehall, playing the role of the Secret Concierge, travels to race locations while planning experiences connected to the Mercedes F1 Team. Throughout the series, viewers are encouraged to follow clues that will lead to a limited “1-Point Drop,” allowing a Marriott Bonvoy member to redeem a single loyalty point for a special travel experience.
The six-episode season takes viewers to several race destinations while offering a look at different aspects of Formula One travel and event preparation. The opening episode begins at the Mercedes F1 Team headquarters in Brackley, United Kingdom, where Whitehall introduces a group of interns who assist him in planning the season’s activities.
During the season, Whitehall and the team will travel to destinations connected to the Formula One calendar, including Shanghai, Suzuka, Montreal, Madrid and São Paulo. The series also features appearances by Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS drivers George Russell and Kimi Antonelli, as well as Team Principal and CEO Toto Wolff.

Peggy Roe, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Marriott International, said the new season builds on the company’s partnership with the Mercedes F1 Team and aims to give viewers a closer look at the experiences created around race weekends.
As the series progresses, viewers will notice clues within the first three episodes that relate to the upcoming 1-Point Drop experience. The first opportunity to redeem the single-point experience will be revealed after episode four, following the Montreal race. A second opportunity will be available after episode five, following the Brazil race.
Jack Whitehall said the new season takes viewers across multiple race destinations while building anticipation around the mystery experience that will be revealed later in the season.
Alongside the series, Marriott Bonvoy members will also have access to a range of Marriott Bonvoy Moments linked to the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team. These experiences will be available across more than 15 races during the season and include access to team-related events and activities.

Victoria Johnson, Marketing Operations Director at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, said the series highlights the team’s collaboration with Marriott Bonvoy while offering fans a closer look at the people and locations connected to the sport.
New episodes of Secret Concierge II will be released throughout the Formula One season across Marriott Bonvoy and Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS social media channels. Viewers can follow the series on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, or visit the Marriott Bonvoy website for updates.
