APPOINTMENT
JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Rahul Shirish Karve as its new Executive Sous Chef, further strengthening its culinary leadership team.

Rahul brings extensive experience in the culinary field, having worked with leading hospitality brands including Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, Hyatt Pune, and Sahara Star Hotel. He holds expertise in luxury kitchen operations, menu innovation, and large-scale banquet execution.
Rahul also holds knowledge of curating Japanese, Oriental, Western, and Awadhi cuisines, and managing high-volume culinary operations, including events exceeding 25,000 covers.
In his new role at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, he will work on elevating dining experiences by curating innovative cuisine ideas, reinforcing the hotel’s position as a benchmark for luxury culinary excellence.
