JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa Appoints Ershad Mullick as Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverages

JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Ershad Mullick as Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverages. He brings over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a background in food and beverage operations, restaurant management, and guest service.

Prior to this appointment, Mullick served as Director of Food & Beverage at Park Hyatt Chennai, where he oversaw the hotel’s F&B operations, focusing on operational processes, beverage programming, and service delivery. His experience includes leadership roles with hospitality brands such as Hyatt Regency Kolkata and Andaz Delhi, among others.
Over the course of his career, he has worked across restaurant operations, banqueting, beverage strategy, and team management, with involvement in developing dining concepts and managing guest-facing operations.
In his new role, Mullick will oversee food and beverage operations across the resort’s dining venues and banquet spaces. His responsibilities will include managing service standards, operational efficiency, and overall guest experience.
Commenting on the appointment, Ronan Fearon, General Manager, JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, stated that Mullick’s operational experience and leadership approach align with the property’s focus on its food and beverage offerings.
Mullick holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the International Institute of Hotel Management and has experience in team leadership and operational management within the hospitality sector.
