Ingrid Chavez Appointed as New General Manager at Sheraton New Orleans

APPOINTMENT

Sheraton New Orleans Hotel has announced the appointment of Ingrid Chaves as the property’s new General Manager.

Ingrid brings more than two decades of leadership experience with Marriott International to her new role, where she will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations and guest experience.

Originally from Costa Rica, Ingrid began her Marriott journey in 2002 as an At Your Service Agent at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel and has since built a global career spanning more than two decades.

She has held leadership positions at several flagship properties across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the U.S., including serving as General Manager of JW Marriott El Convento Cusco in Peru, where she led the hotel to earn Hotel of the Year honors for two consecutive years.

Most recently, she served as Hotel Manager at Orlando World Center Marriott.
