IHG and PROUD Announce The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort
IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a partnership with Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited for the launch of The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort.
The development comprises 111 residences, ranging from one-bedroom units starting at 59 square metres to five-bedroom penthouses of up to 425 square metres. The residences are directly connected to InterContinental Phuket Resort, which has been recognised with a Two Michelin Keys distinction.

The project expands the existing collaboration between IHG and PROUD, marking their second branded residential development in Thailand following InterContinental Residences Hua Hin.
Commenting on the launch, Vivek Bhalla, Managing Director, South East Asia & Korea at IHG Hotels & Resorts, said the project reflects continued collaboration with PROUD and supports IHG’s growing presence in the branded residences segment across key urban and resort destinations.
Ms. Proudputh Liptapanlop, Executive Director of PROUD, said the development has been designed around the concept of “Live Beyond Boundaries in Paradise” and is located along Phuket’s Millionaire Mile, offering a residential setting with access to lifestyle and leisure amenities.
Residents at The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort will have access to a range of services and facilities, including 24-hour concierge support, resident-only swimming pools, entertainment and function spaces. Additional services, including spa and yacht arrangements, are available through the adjoining resort, along with access to Michelin-recognised dining venues. Selected buyers will also receive benefits under IHG One Rewards and curated PROUD privileges.
Phuket currently ranks among the leading global markets for branded residences, with an estimated total market value of USD 2.3 billion. The project aligns with InterContinental’s established hospitality standards and its continued expansion within the global branded residential sector.
