Hilton Brings NoMad Hotel to Singapore
NoMad Singapore to Debut with Dining and Bar Concepts
NoMad Hilton Singapore is set to open in late 2026, marking the brand’s first hotel in the Asia-Pacific region. Located on Orchard Road, the 19-storey property will introduce NoMad’s hospitality style to Singapore, featuring a collection of restaurants, bars, and social spaces designed for both travellers and local residents.
The hotel will include three dining and bar options, as well as a poolside lounge, providing a variety of food, drinks, and social settings across the property.
Dining Concepts Inspired by New York and Singapore
NoMad Grill will combine the atmosphere of a classic brasserie with a New York-style chophouse, serving wood-fired dry-aged meats, seafood and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant will also include tableside dining elements inspired by traditional New York hospitality.
Sticky Fingers will introduce a new concept where gourmet soft-serve desserts are served during the day, before the venue transforms into a cocktail bar in the evening. The menu will feature desserts, cocktails and locally inspired flavours.
The Tropicana Club will take inspiration from the cabaret culture of both Havana and Singapore. The venue will focus on classic cocktails, tropical drinks and live entertainment, alongside music performances and DJ sets.
Guests will also have access to Lú Bar, a poolside lounge offering cocktails and refreshments in a relaxed outdoor setting.
Leadership Team Announced

Leo Robitschek, Global Head of Bars and Hospitality Development at Sydell, said the aim is to create venues that reflect Singapore’s dining culture while maintaining NoMad’s hospitality style.

NoMad has also appointed Josh Harnden as Global Culinary Director. He will oversee the brand’s culinary direction worldwide, including menu development and food concepts for the Singapore property.

Supporting the opening, Lorenz Hoja has been named Director of Culinary for NoMad Singapore. He brings experience from restaurants across Europe, the Maldives and Singapore, including work with chef Joël Robuchon.

The hotel will be led by Bernardo de la Garza, who has been appointed General Manager. He joins NoMad with leadership experience across lifestyle and luxury hotel brands, including Six Senses, Hyatt Hotels, Accor and The Standard Bangkok Mahanakhon.
Located in one of Singapore’s busiest commercial and retail districts, NoMad Hilton Singapore will combine accommodation, dining and social spaces within a single destination when it opens in late 2026.
