AirAsia Launches Bali Bonanza Sale with One-Way Fares from $135

AirAsia has launched its Big Bali Bonanza sale, offering one-way fares to Bali starting from $135*, available for a limited booking period.

The airline operates direct services to Bali from Perth, Darwin and Adelaide, with flights from Melbourne scheduled to commence from 21 March 2026. The services aim to provide additional travel options for Australian customers visiting Indonesia.

Lead-in sale fares include:

  • Perth to Bali from $135

  • Darwin to Bali from $165

  • Melbourne to Bali from $185

  • Adelaide to Bali from $185

Commenting on the sale, Captain Achmad Sadikin Abdurachman, Acting President Director of Indonesia AirAsia, said demand for travel to Bali continues across several Australian gateways, including Adelaide, Darwin and Perth, with Melbourne set to join the network later this year. He noted that the promotion is designed to provide more fare options for travellers heading to Bali or connecting onward through AirAsia’s broader route network.

Through its Fly-Thru service, AirAsia allows passengers transiting through Bali to connect to destinations across its network without rechecking baggage. These include recently announced routes such as Da Nang, as well as established destinations like Phuket, Bangkok, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Travellers flying from Melbourne and Sydney to Kuala Lumpur can also connect onward to destinations such as Istanbul, Cebu, Tashkent, and Osaka.

Passengers travelling with AirAsia can also access a range of discounts and offers in Bali using their boarding pass. Current offers include complimentary entry to Atlas Beach Club, discounts at Cafe Del Mar, and dining savings at This Is Bali restaurant. Additional offers will be added over time and are listed on the AirAsia website.

Australia remains a key source market for Bali tourism. Data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics show a 7% increase in travel to Indonesia in 2025, making it the most-visited overseas destination for Australian travellers that year.

The Big Bali Bonanza sale fares are available via the AirAsia MOVE app, airasia.com, online travel agencies and authorised travel partners.

*Fares are available for bookings made from now until 17 January 2026, for travel up to 31 March 2026. Prices are one-way and subject to terms and conditions.
