The Fern Residency Sarnath, Varanasi Appoints Deep Bhaduri as Senior Sales Manager (Head of Sales)

The Fern Residency Sarnath, Varanasi has appointed Deep Bhaduri as Senior Sales Manager (Head of Sales).

Deep holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Shillong. He brings experience in corporate sales, MICE, leisure business, account management, and hospitality sales planning.

Prior to joining The Fern Residency Sarnath, he served as Associate Director of Sales at Radisson Jaipur City Center. He has also worked as Cluster Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Express, where he handled sales responsibilities across multiple properties. His earlier roles include Senior Sales & Marketing Executive at Radisson Resort Goa Baga and Sales & Marketing Executive at Clarks Hotel Varanasi.

Deep’s experience includes work across corporate sales, banqueting, MICE, leisure segments, contracting, and room sales.

In his new role, Deep will lead the hotel’s sales function, focusing on client engagement, business development, and revenue planning.

The appointment aligns with the property’s focus on managing its sales operations and business development initiatives in the Varanasi market.
