IHCL Strengthens NeuPass Network with Starhotels Partnership

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced a strategic partnership between its Taj InnerCircle – NeuPass platform and I AM STAR, the loyalty programme of Italy’s Starhotels.

The partnership aims to offer members of both programmes access to a wider network of hotels and travel benefits across India, Europe and other international destinations.

Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and CEO of IHCL, said growing travel between India and Europe has created opportunities to expand the reach of Taj InnerCircle – NeuPass. He added that the collaboration will give members access to additional hotels and travel benefits across key European markets.

Under the partnership, Taj InnerCircle – NeuPass members will receive exclusive savings on stays at selected Starhotels properties, while I AM STAR members will gain access to benefits across IHCL’s portfolio in India and international destinations.

Elisabetta Fabri, President and CEO of Starhotels, said the collaboration supports the international growth of the I AM STAR programme while providing members with access to a broader hospitality network.

Members of both loyalty programmes will enjoy reciprocal benefits, including preferred room rates and savings on accommodation, dining and spa experiences across participating hotels.

The partnership covers selected hotels across IHCL’s brands, including Taj, Claridges Collection, Brij, SeleQtions, Clarks, Gateway, Vivanta, Tree of Life, and amã Stays & Trails, as well as participating Starhotels Collezione and Starhotels Premium properties.
