Four Seasons Resort Seychelles Appoints Bianca Andersen as Resort Manager

Four Seasons Resort Seychelles has appointed Bianca Andersen as Resort Manager.

Bianca brings over 13 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with a background in hotel operations, guest services, and team management. In her new role, she will work with the resort’s leadership team to oversee daily operations, guest experience, and team engagement, further developing family, wellness, and lifestyle offerings and fostering cross-departmental collaboration among team members.

She returns to Four Seasons after serving as Director of Rooms at One&Only Cape Town. She previously spent more than two years at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island as Director of Rooms, where she was involved in managing guest services and operational initiatives.
Bianca began her career with operational training across multiple departments, later moving into roles in reservations and group management before progressing into senior leadership positions. She joined Four Seasons in 2016 as CORE (Reservations) Manager at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg and later advanced to Assistant Director of Rooms.
During her earlier tenure in Seychelles, she worked on initiatives including guest experience programmes, recreation offerings, and family-focused services. She also supported projects related to retail and conservation efforts at the resort.
Her experience includes task force assignments across several Four Seasons properties, including locations in Bahrain, Mauritius, and the Serengeti.
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Bianca holds a Master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality, along with academic qualifications in hospitality management from the University of Johannesburg.
