IHG Expands Vignette Collection with New Signing in Ho Chi Minh City
IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a new Vignette Collection hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, in partnership with LCK Hospitality Company Limited. This 52-key property will mark the second Vignette Collection hotel in Vietnam and the first in the country’s largest city. The hotel is expected to open later this year.
Located near the Fine Arts Museum and surrounded by art and antique galleries, the hotel aims to offer a stay experience that reflects its cultural surroundings. The signing builds on the recent launch of Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection – By IHG, and will join a growing global portfolio of 23 open hotels and 38 pipeline properties under the Vignette Collection brand.
Vignette Collection is part of IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio and focuses on unique hotels that highlight local culture and character through experiences such as ‘Memorable Rituals’ and initiatives aligned with community impact.

Strategic Location and Market Context

Located less than a kilometer from landmarks such as Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Opera House, and Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, the hotel will be positioned for both domestic and international travelers. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
Vietnam continues to see increased travel demand. In the first half of 2025, the country welcomed 10.7 million international visitors, a 21% increase year-on-year, while Ho Chi Minh City alone attracted 3.8 million international visitors and over 18 million domestic travelers.
IHG currently operates 20 hotels under eight brands in Vietnam, with 22 more in development. Around 60% of the current portfolio is in the Luxury & Lifestyle segment, including brands such as Six Senses, Regent, InterContinental, Vignette Collection, and Hotel Indigo.
