IHCL Signs Tree of Life AeroVillage Panheli in Maharashtra
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a Tree of Life resort in Panheli, Raigad, Maharashtra. The project will be a conversion property.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, shared that Panheli is gaining interest as a convenient leisure destination for travellers from Mumbai and Pune. The partnership with Prabhat Jha supports IHCL’s focus on expanding in drivable getaway locations.
Nestled in the Sahyadri hills, Tree of Life AeroVillage Panheli boasts a private airstrip, providing charter connectivity between Mumbai and Pune. The resort features 28 guest rooms and suites, along with an all-day dining restaurant and bar. It also provides over 5,000 square feet of banqueting space ideal for small gatherings.

Guests can enjoy various amenities, including nature trails, a 9-hole golf course, a private 20-seater theater, and a multi-sport stadium with facilities for cricket, football, and pickleball. Additionally, a river flows through the property, creating a picturesque backdrop for curated outdoor dining experiences.
Nearby attractions include Murud Janjira Fort, Wanjloshi Dam, Deoghar Waterfalls, Raigad Fort, and the beaches of Diveagar and Shrivardhan. With this signing, IHCL’s portfolio in Maharashtra stands at 54 hotels, including properties under development.
