Surinder Kumar Appointed as Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai

Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai has announced the appointment of Surinder Kumar as its new Human Resources Manager.

Surinder brings over a decade of experience across hospitality and human resources, holding extensive expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and strategic HR operations.

Surinder started his career in culinary operations with Marriott Jaipur where he learned the fundamentals of service excellence. This foundation later led to a transition into talent acquisition and human resources leadership.

Prior to joining Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai, Surinder held key HR positions with several renowned hospitality brands including The Lalit Mumbai, The St. Regis Mumbai, and Grand Hyatt Mumbai, where he played a key role in talent management, employee relations, leadership development, and fostering high-performing teams.

In his new role, Surinder will be responsible for driving people initiatives, strengthening workplace culture, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the hotel’s continued growth and success.
