As the hotel prepares to conclude this extraordinary chapter, Mandarin Oriental, Miami invites guests and the community to join in the celebrations. A curated calendar of monthly activations and room offers will showcase the property’s signature artistry, service, and cultural connections:

As Mandarin Oriental, Miami embarks on an exciting new chapter, the brand's deep-rooted connection with the city remains steadfast. Building on its enduring partnership with Swire Properties, the two companies are collaborating once again to redefine Miami's luxury hospitality landscape with the creation of an entirely new Mandarin Oriental, Miami and introduction of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, set to debut in 2030.

Comprising two towers, the South Tower will feature 228 residences with interiors by renowned Parisian designer Tristan Auer. The North Tower will house the new North American flagship Mandarin Oriental hotel, offering 121 keys including 34 luxurious suites, a signature Spa at Mandarin Oriental, and multiple intimate fine-dining and al fresco restaurants. The North Tower will also include 66 private residences and 28 hotel residences, with more information coming soon.

For over 40 years, Swire Properties has been integral to the development of Brickell Key, and The Residences offer the final opportunity to own a luxurious piece of this exclusive island community. Together, Mandarin Oriental and Swire continue to shape the future of Miami’s hospitality and residential landscape.
