Vikas brings over 12 years of experience in hospitality safety, security and risk management, holding extensive operational expertise in hotel security operations, fire & life safety management, crisis response planning, CCTV surveillance, VIP movement management, risk assessment, incident investigation and team development.

Prior to joining Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, he was associated with Voco Hotel by IHG in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand where he served as Pre-Opening Security Manager and led the implementation of safety, security and compliance systems.

Vikas has also been associated with other renowned hospitality brands including Cabbana Resort & Spa Phagwara, Punjab and Galaxy Hotel Shopping & Spa Gurugram.

In his new role at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel safety, security operations, compliance and risk management while ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, associates and stakeholders.
