WelcomHotel By ITC GST Road Chennai Promotes Prem Kumar J. to Chief Engineer

WelcomHotel By ITC GST Road Chennai has announced the promotion of Prem Kumar to Chief Engineer.

Prem Kumar moves into this role after serving as Deputy Chief Engineer with ITC Hotels. His elevation reflects his experience in engineering operations, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as his involvement in maintaining hotel infrastructure and facilities.

Prior to this, he worked as Deputy Chief Engineer at Bonjour Bonheur Ocean Spray. His earlier roles include Assistant Manager Engineering at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd in Madurai and Assistant Engineer with ITC Hotels in Chennai.

He also gained experience as a Shift Engineer with Accor in Bengaluru and held engineering roles with Hilton Worldwide in Chennai.

In his new position at WelcomHotel By ITC GST Road Chennai, Prem Kumar will oversee engineering operations, infrastructure maintenance, and technical services across the property, supporting operational continuity and facility performance.
