Saurav Banerjee Elevated to Director of Rooms at Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse

Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, has announced the elevation of Saurav Banerjee to the position of Director of Rooms.

Banerjee has experience in Front Office and Rooms Division functions, with involvement in operational processes, guest services, and team supervision. His role progression within the organisation reflects internal movement across operational departments.

In his new position, he will be responsible for overseeing the Rooms Division, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services operations. His scope will include managing daily operations, coordinating between departments, and supporting the implementation of operational processes.

The development comes as the hotel continues to align its Rooms Division operations with ongoing business and service requirements.
