Hilton Signs Agreement for Paradise Breeze Nassau in the Bahamas
Paradise Breeze Nassau to Join Hilton’s Curio Collection Portfolio
Hilton has announced the signing of a franchise agreement with B.P.G. LTD. for Paradise Breeze Nassau, a new-build property expected to open in 2028. The hotel will become part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, marking the brand’s entry into The Bahamas and Hilton’s return to the destination.
The project reflects Hilton’s continued focus on expanding its presence across the Caribbean. According to Pablo Maturana, Vice President of Development and Architecture, Construction and Design for the Caribbean and Latin America, the company is working with local partners to introduce hotels in locations that align with current travel demand.
Daniel Mosca, Founder and CEO of B.P.G. LTD., described Paradise Breeze Nassau as a project designed to reflect Nassau’s character while offering a contemporary hospitality experience shaped by its surroundings.
The 11-storey property will feature 125 guest rooms, many with views of the coastline. Located on West Bay Street, approximately three miles from the airport and five miles from central Nassau, the hotel will provide access to local shops, dining and cultural attractions.
The development will include both hotel accommodation and residential elements. Planned facilities include a spa and fitness area spanning nearly 15,000 square feet, padel and squash courts, and a 5,000-square-foot infinity pool facing the sea. The property will also offer over 4,000 square feet of flexible event space for meetings and gatherings.

Brooke Thomas, Global Brand Leader for Curio Collection by Hilton, noted that the project represents an important step for the brand as it enters a new market, with a focus on design, location and guest experience.
Dining will be a key part of the offering, with three venues planned: an all-day restaurant overlooking the pool and sea, a rooftop restaurant with ocean views, and a pool bar serving light meals and beverages. Additional features will include a bakery, a market and a coffee bar. The hotel will participate in Hilton Honors, the company’s loyalty programme.
Across the Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton currently operates more than 300 hotels, with over 150 additional properties in development.
