Hilton Enters Mongolia with Conrad Ulaanbaatar Signing
Hilton has announced the signing of Conrad Ulaanbaatar, marking the company’s entry into Mongolia.

The 227-room hotel will be developed within the Ulaanbaatar Eco Tower, a project that combines commercial, entertainment and hospitality components in the city’s central business district.

Owned by Eco Construction LLC and managed by Hilton, the hotel is scheduled to open in 2028. The property will be located in Ulaanbaatar, within proximity to key landmarks including Sükhbaatar Square, the National Art Gallery of Mongolia, and the National Academic Drama Theatre.
Development and facilities
Conrad Ulaanbaatar is expected to feature four dining venues, approximately 1,800 square metres of meeting and event space, and wellness facilities including an indoor pool and spa. The development is designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, reflecting growing demand for internationally branded accommodation in the city.
Brand expansion
Conrad Hotels & Resorts currently has nearly 100 operational and pipeline properties globally. The signing in Ulaanbaatar forms part of Hilton’s broader strategy to expand its luxury portfolio in emerging destinations across multiple regions.
Loyalty integration
The hotel will participate in Hilton Honors, allowing members access to benefits such as flexible booking options, member rates and digital services through Hilton’s booking platforms.
The development reflects continued interest from global hospitality operators in markets that are seeing increased connectivity, tourism activity and infrastructure development.
