Hilton Bengaluru Announces Plant-Based Dining Experience for Veganuary

Hilton hotels in Bengaluru have announced a special plant-based dining programme to coincide with Veganuary, reflecting a growing interest in mindful and conscious food choices at the start of the year. The initiative focuses on plant-forward cuisine, bringing together elements of sustainability, wellness, and contemporary culinary practices.

The curated menu showcases a range of vegan dishes designed to highlight the versatility of plant-based ingredients. Offerings include Vegan Hyderabadi Lukhmi filled with spiced plant protein, Zesty Achari Vegan Tikka with pickled flavour notes, and Malaysian Green Protein Satay served with peanut sauce. Main course selections feature items such as a Herbivore BBQ Burger with vegan slaw, Pure Plant Protein Laal Maans prepared in a slow-cooked style, as well as options like the Ultimate Garden Protein Bowl and Linguine Alla Vegan Bolognese.

The Veganuary programme is positioned as an opportunity for guests to explore plant-based dining through familiar and comfort-driven formats, reinterpreted without animal-based ingredients.

The experience will be available from 14 January to 13 February 2026 and will be offered on an à la carte basis at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks, Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, and Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park.
