Hyatt Place Gurgaon to Host “Flavours of India” Republic Day Culinary Showcase

Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar has announced a Republic Day–themed dining programme titled “Flavours of India,” scheduled to take place in January 2026. The culinary showcase is planned as a celebration of India’s regional food traditions and is designed for guests looking to mark the national holiday through a shared dining experience.

The special buffet will present a selection of Indian dishes inspired by different regions of the country, highlighting traditional flavours, ingredients, and cooking styles. Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary tricolour-themed beverage as part of the experience.

In addition to the buffet spread, the programme will feature interactive live stations, including a North Indian–style chaat corner and a pasta station, where dishes will be prepared to order. A dedicated dessert section, referred to as the Freedom Dessert Bar, will offer Indian sweets presented in tricolour-inspired themes, including items such as jalebi and other familiar festive desserts.

As part of the Republic Day observance, the hotel has announced specific dining offers for families and members of the Defence Forces. Children aged eight years and below will be able to dine without charge when accompanied by paying adults. Defence Forces personnel will be offered complimentary dining when visiting with three paying family members, subject to the presentation of valid identification.

The Flavours of India buffet will be available from 23 to 26 January. Lunch will be served from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at ₹999 plus taxes per person, while dinner will be available from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm at ₹1,499 plus taxes per person.

The Republic Day programme at Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar aims to bring together food, tradition, and community through a multi-day culinary offering.
