W New York – Union Square Appoints Pascha Bhatti as General Manager

W New York – Union Square has appointed Pascha Bhatti as General Manager.

Pascha brings over 17 years of international hospitality experience, with a background across Marriott International’s luxury brands, including W Hotels and The Ritz-Carlton. His expertise spans hotel operations, brand positioning, and concept development.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Hotel Manager at Hotel Arts Barcelona, where he was involved in overseeing operations and contributing to a multi-year renovation and repositioning of the property. His career includes leadership roles across food and beverage, operations, and executive management within luxury hospitality environments.
Pascha has been associated with multiple hotel openings and transitions across brands such as W Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, and EDITION Hotels.
In his new role, he will oversee operations at W New York – Union Square, focusing on guest experience, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
