Omni Hotels & Resorts Appoints Joshua Hasho as Corporate Executive Chef

Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Joshua Hasho as Corporate Executive Chef.

Joshua brings more than 20 years of culinary experience and has been associated with the brand since 2012. His expertise includes menu development, culinary operations, and team leadership across multiple hospitality formats.
In his new role, he will oversee culinary strategy and operations across Omni’s portfolio of more than 50 properties. His responsibilities include supporting property-level teams, enhancing guest dining experiences, and driving consistency and operational standards across dining concepts.

Joshua joined Omni Hotels & Resorts as Executive Sous Chef in Chicago and has since held several leadership roles within the organisation. His experience includes positions at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa and Omni Interlocken Hotel, where he managed food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. Most recently, he served as Resort Executive Chef at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa, where he was involved in culinary operations across several dining venues, as well as banquet and catering functions.
In his current role, Joshua will work with culinary teams across the portfolio to support operational initiatives and menu development.
