Radisson Blu Resort Galle Appoints Medhatithi Bhattacharjee as General Manager

Radisson Blu Resort Galle has appointed Medhatithi Bhattacharjee as General Manager.

Bhattacharjee brings nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has been associated with Radisson Hotel Group for over nine years. His career reflects progressive leadership roles across operations and hotel management.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Cluster General Manager for Namah Nainital, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats, and Namah Resort Jim Corbett, a member of Radisson Individuals. In these roles, he oversaw multi-property operations and contributed to organisational performance and team engagement.

His earlier roles within Radisson Hotel Group include General Manager and Hotel Manager positions, where he was involved in operational management, brand transitions, and business performance initiatives.

In his new role, Bhattacharjee will oversee resort operations, guest experience, commercial performance, and strategic initiatives at Radisson Blu Resort Galle.

His professional achievements include recognition within the Radisson Hotel Group network, including internal leadership accolades and performance-based awards.

The appointment is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership and support operational growth.
