APPOINTMENT
Novotel Hyderabad Airport has announced the appointment of Gyandeep Singh as the Director of Food & Beverage.

Gyandeep holds over 18 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, having worked across leading hotel brands. In this new role, he will spearhead the Food & Beverage division, strengthening the hotel’s culinary offerings, dining concepts, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
He will also be overseeing the entire portfolio of food and beverage operations at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and events. His strategic vision, proven track record in business development, and expertise in operational excellence will play a key role in positioning the hotel as a culinary destination of choice for both business and leisure travellers.

Gyandeep has worked with renowned hospitality brands such as IHCL (Taj Hotels), Hilton, Hyatt, The Leela, ITC Hotels, and Marriott. He was also instrumental in strategic marketing initiatives, luxury client servicing, beverage pricing innovations, and operational efficiency enhancements across his career path.
His achievements include launching Q Bar at Hilton Chennai, executing award-winning restaurant concepts, and developing marketing and promotional strategies . He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and training at global luxury brands.
