Gardens of Eden launches final phase with Lake Residences in Phuket

Gardens of Eden, a residential development on Phuket’s west coast, has announced the launch of its third and final phase, Lake Residences. The new phase is designed around landscaped water features, including pools, lakes, and wetlands, and serves as the final stage of the overall project.

Following sales of THB 4.59 billion across the first two phases, with interest from buyers in markets such as Hong Kong and Singapore, the developer expects continued demand as the project enters its final stage.

To coincide with the launch, Yana Chuvalova, Marketing & Sales Director of Gardens of Eden, presented the project at Maison&Objet Intérieurs Hong Kong 2025, held at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre in December 2025.

Lake Residences near Bangtao Beach

The Lake Residences are located around a central lake and approximately 50 metres from Bangtao Beach on Phuket’s west coast. The phase includes around 11,000 square metres of pools, including a long central pool, family and children’s pools, and an infinity pool overlooking the sea.

The more expansive Gardens of Eden master plan limits built-up areas to about 30% of the site, with the remaining space dedicated to lakes, gardens, and green zones. Residences are designed with natural light, organic materials, and contemporary interiors by Tierra Design and Wonder by White Jacket.

Focus on wellness and amenities

The development includes walking, jogging, and cycling paths across landscaped areas, along with a wellness centre featuring spa facilities, hydrotherapy and cryotherapy areas, fitness spaces, yoga and Pilates studios, and family-focused zones. Dining options across the project include multiple restaurants and bars, as well as a beach café and a sky bar.

Additional facilities include a children’s club, business centre, office spaces, and underground parking. The location is within a 20-minute drive of Phuket International Airport and is close to international schools and healthcare facilities.

Construction of the Lake Residences is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2029. The final phase will complement the existing Eden Residences, Park Residences, and Etro Residences, completing the Gardens of Eden development spanning 33 acres near Bangtao Beach.
