Hilton Garden Inn Debuts in Hyderabad with Kompally Project

Hilton has announced the signing of Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally, marking the brand’s first Hilton Garden Inn property in Hyderabad.

Expected to open in 2028, the hotel is being developed by Fairmount and Friends LLP, part of the Fairmount Group, and will become Hilton’s third property in the city following the opening of Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli.

🚨Hilton goes to Kompally: Hyderabad's branded hotel list gets bigger  Kompally based developer Fairmount has signed an agreement with the Hilton  group for the first branded hotel in Kompally, Hilton Garden Inn.

Located within a mixed-use development in Kompally, the hotel will offer connectivity to key business districts through Hyderabad’s Outer Ring Road and will be positioned close to office spaces and retail developments.

The property will feature 96 guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant with a bar and more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space catering to business and leisure travellers.

Clarence Tan, Senior Vice President, Development, Asia Pacific at Hilton, said the signing forms part of the company’s expansion strategy across India, particularly through focused-service brands such as Hilton Garden Inn.

Zubin Saxena, Senior Vice President and Regional Head, South Asia at Hilton, said Hyderabad remains an important growth market for the company due to the city’s expanding commercial and business sectors.

Shahazim Hameed, Founder and CEO of Fairmount Builders, said Kompally is witnessing growth in both commercial and residential developments, creating increasing demand for branded hospitality offerings.

Hilton Garden Inn debuts in Hyderabad

Hilton currently has a portfolio of 107 trading and pipeline hotels across South Asia as the company continues expanding its regional presence.
