Everhome Suites Expands with New Openings in Texas, Kentucky, and New Jersey

Everhome Suites, the midscale extended-stay brand from Choice Hotels International, has continued to expand its U.S. presence with recent hotel openings in Texas, Kentucky, and New Jersey.

With these additions, the brand now has 27 Everhome Suites properties open nationwide, reflecting steady growth since its launch. Everhome Suites is designed to meet the needs of guests seeking longer stays, offering apartment-style accommodation with fully equipped kitchens, modern interiors, and practical amenities suited to extended travel.

Commenting on the segment, Matt McElhare, Vice President and Extended Stay Segment Lead at Choice Hotels International, said extended stay remains an important focus area for the company. He added that Everhome Suites supports this strategy through a prototype developed with feedback from owners and operators, emphasising efficiency, functionality, and guest comfort.

The newly opened hotels were developed in collaboration with Choice Hotels’ long-term partner, Highside Companies.

The latest openings include:

• Everhome Suites San Antonio, Texas, which opened in October 2025. Located at 619 N Hunt Lane, the hotel provides access to nearby employers and institutions, including Lackland Air Force Base, the South Texas Medical Centre, and corporate offices for USAA and Wells Fargo. It also serves leisure travellers visiting SeaWorld San Antonio and downtown attractions.
• Everhome Suites Bowling Green, Kentucky, which opened in November 2025 at 1699 Charlie Court. The property supports extended-stay demand linked to Western Kentucky University, the GM Corvette Assembly Plant, regional healthcare facilities, and nearby manufacturing centres, as well as to visitor attractions such as the National Corvette Museum.
• Everhome Suites Somerset, New Jersey, which opened in December 2025. Located at 1860 Easton Avenue, the hotel provides access to Rutgers University, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and Johnson & Johnson’s corporate offices, while offering convenient connectivity to major highways serving the greater New York metropolitan area.

Since its launch, Everhome Suites has continued to grow its development pipeline as Choice Hotels responds to sustained demand for extended-stay accommodation across the United States.
