DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon Appoints Neelandra Thakur as Outlet Manager
DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Neelandra Thakur as its new Outlet Manager, strengthening its food and beverage leadership team.
Neelandra Thakur brings experience across hotel operations, events, and outlet management, having worked with several hospitality brands, including JP Group of Hotels, Andaz Delhi, Roseate Hotels & Resorts, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Most recently, he was associated with Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, where he served as Assistant Event Service & Restaurant Manager.
In his previous role, Thakur managed large-scale event spaces, oversaw banquet and outlet operations, managed profitability and budgeting, coordinated marketing initiatives, and ensured operational efficiency across food and beverage outlets. His experience includes pre-opening operations, vendor coordination, OS&E management, and close collaboration with culinary and service teams.
Earlier in his career, he worked in events and food and beverage operations at Roseate House Aerocity and Andaz Delhi, gaining hands-on experience in banquet operations, in-room dining, and service delivery in high-volume environments. He began his hospitality journey with industrial training at Jaypee Hotels & Resorts.
Thakur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from Manglayatan University. In his new role at the DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon, Neelandra Singh will oversee outlet operations, uphold service standards, and support the hotel’s food and beverage objectives.
