The Diplomat Beach Resort Introduces Verandah Social Club

New oceanfront social space marks next phase of Signia by Hilton transition

The Diplomat Beach Resort has opened The Verandah Social Club, an adult-only oceanfront pool and lounge designed for guests and visitors aged 21 and above. The new space introduces a reimagined way to experience the resort’s beachfront, combining poolside leisure, dining, and wellness offerings in an open-air setting.

Developed in collaboration with architecture firm LEO A DALY and Indidesign, the concept focuses on flexible social spaces that transition from daytime relaxation to evening gatherings. The layout includes an edge pool, shaded lounge areas, private cabanas, and seating zones designed to encourage a fluid guest experience throughout the day.

Dining, wellness, and curated experiences

The Verandah Social Club features a menu of small plates, salads, handheld dishes, and desserts, alongside a selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. Dining is designed to complement extended time by the pool, with options for casual sharing and individual servings.

Guests can also access a range of add-on experiences, including curated food platters and spa-style treatments offered poolside. These include options such as seafood selections, sharing menus, and wellness treatments focused on relaxation.

Supporting the resort’s transition

The opening of The Verandah Social Club forms part of The Diplomat Beach Resort’s transition to the Signia by Hilton brand. The development reflects ongoing updates to the property, with a focus on design, service, and guest experiences aligned with the brand’s positioning.

The space is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is accessible to both hotel guests and visitors through day passes and cabana reservations.

With this addition, the resort continues to expand its offerings while preparing for its next phase under the Signia by Hilton brand.
