Lords Hotels & Resorts has announced its expansion in Karnataka with the opening of two leisure properties in the Shivamogga region. Situated in Muduba and Sagara, the resorts exemplify the group’s focus on developing hospitality offerings in emerging travel destinations across India.

Set in the Western Ghats, both properties are designed to offer a nature-connected stay experience, incorporating local culture, regional cuisine, and comfortable amenities.

Lords Riverside Resort, Muduba

Lords Riverside Resort is spread across 18 acres along the Tunga River, offering river-view and forest-view accommodations. The property features Kali Mirch, a dining venue serving a mix of global and regional dishes.

Guests can explore the surrounding natural environment and observe local wildlife, including deer, hornbills, and squirrels. The resort also provides access to nearby organic farms growing betel nut, black pepper, and coffee.

Lords Sahyadri Resort, Sagara

Located across 13 acres in Sagara, Lords Sahyadri Resort is set among landscaped gardens and chikoo plantations. The property is situated close to Jog Falls and offers views of the surrounding hills.
