Delta to Launch Nonstop Atlanta–Riyadh Service in October 2026

Delta Air Lines has announced plans to initiate nonstop service between Atlanta (ATL) and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (RUH), starting in October 2026. This new route will enhance Delta’s presence in Saudi Arabia and improve connectivity between the United States and the Middle East.

The service will operate three times weekly using an Airbus A350-900, offering four onboard experiences: Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort, and Main Cabin. Passengers will have access to curated dining, in-flight entertainment through Delta Studio, and complimentary Wi-Fi for SkyMiles Members.

Riyadh serves as a key center for Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, which aims to diversify the nation’s economy and promote tourism, business, and innovation. The new connection between Atlanta and Riyadh is expected to support increased travel and economic cooperation between the two countries.

Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Tourism, His Excellency Ahmed Al-Khateeb, welcomed the announcement, noting that the route will help strengthen global connectivity and open new opportunities for tourism, cultural exchange, and business collaboration.

The new service is part of Delta’s broader international growth strategy, which includes recently announced routes to Marrakech, Melbourne, Sardinia, Porto, Hong Kong, and Malta through 2026.
