The Emirates Group has concluded its participation in the 2026 National Service Career Fair, held at the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) in Expo City Dubai from 15 to 17 July.

The event brought together National Service Programme cadets and graduates with organizations from various industries, providing opportunities to explore careers, training programmes and professional development.

Career Programmes on Display

During the three-day event, the Emirates Group welcomed around 2,300 visitors to its stand. The National Cadet Pilot Programme attracted the highest interest, receiving approximately 1,300 applications from prospective candidates.

Visitors also learned about several other career and training programmes, including:

  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence (AMEL) Programme
  • International Scholarship Programme
  • IT Scholarship Programme
  • National Scholarship Programme
  • Outstation Programme
  • Graduate Programme

Recruiters and Emirati employees from across the Emirates Group engaged with visitors, providing information on career pathways available across the organisation for candidates with different educational backgrounds and career interests.

Ministerial Visit

The Emirates Group stand was visited by His Excellency Major General Khalifa Rashed Al Hameli, Director of the Office of the Minister of Defence, as part of a ministerial delegation touring the exhibition.

He was welcomed by Khaled Alobeidli, Manager of Human Resources Recruitment, who outlined the career opportunities and development programmes available within the Emirates Group.

Supporting Emiratization

The airline group said its participation in the National Service Career Fair reflects its continued support for the UAE’s Emiratization programme.

Alongside career fairs, the organisation continues to engage with the national community through school outreach initiatives, forums, and recruitment events to encourage Emiratis to explore careers in the aviation and travel sectors.
