New Front Office Manager Appointed at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport

Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Susan Mathews as the new Front Office Manager.

Susan brings with her extensive experience in the aviation and hospitality industry, having spent over 12 years at Novotel Goa Resorts & Spa, where she led front office operations. She also has worked for more than 6 years as a cabin crew member with Indigo and Kingfisher Airlines.

Susan holds expertise in building lasting guest relationships, mentoring staff, and creating easy operational workflows that enhance both the guest and employee experience.
